1. General

All products are determined for the decoration, equipment components, use and sales, exclusively for enterprisers, offices, schools and other commercial buyers. There is no delivery for private
purposes and to persons who do not belong to this customer circle.


 

2. Offers and prices

The offers and prices are basically without engagement and are valid ex stock Munich. Technical changes, colour deviations, as well as prices are subject to alteration. The prices given on the web page are net prices in Euro, within Germany plus value added tax.

Regarding orders from other EU countries, the information of the VAT/tax number is necessary for tax exemption.

 Deliveries into countries outside Germany can be executed as of a goods’ net value of 100.00 €


 

3. Delivery and costs

We deliver ex works. Parcels via DPD.
In Germany , we deliver against a flat charge including the packaging, the transport and goods’ insurance. The delivery charges for the parcel amount to 10.00 Euro up to a goods’ value of
500.00 EUR. For express deliveries, a surcharge is invoiced.
From 500.00 Euro - DPD standard deliveries within Germany are delivered free.
Deliveries abroad and into EU states as well as deliveries by forwarding agencies are invoiced on expenditure.


 

4. Right to exchange and to return

Original-packed articles can be returned within 14 days.
Excluded are special fabricated articles being not offered in the distribution programme, except for complaints.
We have to be informed of return shipments, so that we can take care of the return of goods by ourselves. The product must be provided properly packed for collection by the buyer.
You will have the possibility to control the products carefully. However, please understand, that beyond this control a further use of the product can lead to a considerable depreciation which must be replaced in case you return the article.


 

5. Payment terms

For new customers, the delivery is done against advance payment with 4% cash discount.

Concerning customers with customer number, authorities, offices and schools payment is effected against invoice  (7 days net after receipt of invoice) 

Deliveries abroad are executed against pre-payment on receipt of our  Proforma Invoice only.


 

6. Retention of title

The goods shall remain our property until complete payment of the current account.

7. Place of performance and jurisdiction

As far as the customer is a businessman, the place of performance for all deliveries and the venue, is Munich.
A conclusion of the contract is subject to substantive German law.
